I am upset about shipping delivery and customer service
I asked for signed delivery and my $400+ dollar value package was delivered without a signature and on some strangers doorstep. I was very upset and Voss was willing to send me a new order BUT a day or so after I got the delivery email, they had gotten back to me and said they were able to confirm it was delivered to the correct address, which at that point I knew was wrong / a lie because I got the package from a person about five blocks away. It was delivered to “drive” not “boulevard”, no signature and on the doorstep. I was honest and told Voss I had received my package since originally logging my delivery complaint. They apologized for fedex and the conversation ended. I didn’t get a discount, a gift card or anything. I could have gotten a whole new order if I had just not told them that a total stranger contacted me based on the CORRECT information on the shipping tag, but I didn’t. I was honest and I didn’t get another order, 25% refund or 25 dollar gift certificate; nothing. Just a “sorry for your panic and horrible experience, please fill out this review. The only reason I gave two stars is because prior to me advising that I found my package (or rather my package found me), it sounded like they were willing to send me a duplicate order. Being out the main most expensive gift for Christmas would have been horrible but it sounded like they would have made it right. This was a disappointing experience because I own a Voss helmet and visor and I LOVE IT. My husband is so jealous that when I’m not riding he will wear it lol! That’s why I decided to get him his own Voss helmet and visor; and because of Black Friday deals I was also able to get some swag too. I thought I got the fest deal and made the best purchase but the delivery and customer service experience was terrible.
