Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday between 8AM to 4PM West Coast / Pacific Standard Time, excluding Canadian Holidays. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact us toll-free at 1(877) 431-2453.

FAQ - Shipping to USA/International Countries:

How much does shipping cost and can you ship to my country? Where do orders shipped from?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $49.99 to Continental USA, with our expedited 2-Day Shipping Service. There is a flat rate fee of $9.99USD on orders below $49.99. We ship to many countries around the world – please contact us for further details and include your ship-to address to help us find the lowest shipping cost to your country. All orders are processed and shipped from our Canadian warehouse, in the heart of Delta, BC.

Will I have to pay duties or additional fees in order to receive my package?

We cover all customs and duties charges for all orders shipping to Continental USA. If you do not reside in a continental state or have an international address out of the USA, packages may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages. Please check your local customs website for more information.

When will my order ship out?

All orders placed before 10:00AM West Coast/Pacific Standard Time will ship out same day (orders placed over the weekend will ship out the next business day). Any orders placed after 10:00AM will ship out the next business day. Orders are picked up using FedEx Services and will be delivered to your front door (No Signature Required). If your area of delivery is prone to theft, please notify us of alternate delivery instructions and/or please request the Signature Required service.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We offer FREE 2-Day Shipping to Continental USA! This does not include weekends or American holidays. Orders out of Continental USA or in international countries may take up to 3-10 business days. Please contact us for transit times or if you need your order by a certain date – we strive to accommodate our riders best we can!

Orders take 1 day to process, then travel time starts the next day (unless orders are placed before 10 am, then they ship out the same day!). For example: If your order is placed on Monday, after 10 am PST, then your order will process on Tuesday and arrive to you by Thursday. If you place your order before 10 am on Monday, then your order will process the same-day and arrive to you on Wednesday.

Please let us know beforehand if you need your order by a certain date. Our shipping representatives are happy to accommodate but will be unable to do so if the order has already shipped.

Shipping to Canada?

All order ship from Canada to Canada, this mean there are no Customs or Duties charged to you. Enjoy Free ground shipping to any where in Canada. 

FREE RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

To book a free return:

You have up to 30 days to return/ exchange your item.  As we are dealing with safety product, we must enforce this policy. We do understand that sizing issues, and general satisfaction with the helmet does occur, so we offer up to 30 days to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please send us an e-mail at hello@vossdot.com with the following information.We will e-mail you with the confirmation of your collection time and address, a booking reference number and returns documents. Voss Helmets uses FedEx Shipping services, if FedEx is not a viable option for your return, please let us know and we will try our best to find a different return method.

  1. First Name, Last name;
  2. Order ID number/ Invoice number;
  3. Reason for return.

Please note: all purchased product must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. If we receive the product back and upon inspection find it has been tampered with or is un-sellable, we cannot guarantee the refund or exchange. This includes all items pertaining to the item sold, ie. helmet, and original packaging, such as helmet bag or inner box packaging etc. Refunds or exchanges only occur once the product has been received and inspected by our warehouse.

What happens next?

  1. Print out the Way Bill and attach it to the outside of the parcel;
  2. Please print or save a copy of the Way Bill for your records – you can use this to track your return shipment.
  3. Drop off your package to you closest FedEx Depot.

If you have not heard from us within 10 days of the return, we strongly suggest contacting us to ensure we received the product so that we may begin the refund/ exchange process. You can reach us either by email hello@vossdot.com or phone M-F (Pacific Standard Time) 9am to 5pm. 

Once the Roadhouse Distribution Warehouse has received your item and it has been approved for return, we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process.

To book a free Exchange

Follow the same steps for the return, but note that it is an exchange when contacting us. 

What happens next?

  1. Print out the Way Bill and attach it to the outside of the parcel;
  2. Please print or save a copy of the Way Bill for your records – you can use this to track your return shipment.
  3. Drop off your package to you closest FedEx Depot, contact us and let us know you've dropped it off and we will ship out your exchanged product!

To book a free Exchange

Follow the same steps for the return, but note that it is an exchange when contacting us. 

What happens next?
