For our charitable donation this year we wanted to pick a cause that is relevant and directly related to the crazy year we’ve had. This year has thrown an incredible amount of uncertainty and stress everyone’s way. As COVID-19 has impacted all of us in different ways and caused people to be more isolated than ever before, discussions around mental health are becoming increasingly common, and more people are reaching out for help. The Jed Foundation is a non-profit organization that protects emotional health and prevents suicide in American teens and young adults. They partner with schools and colleges to strengthen their mental health, substance misuse, and suicide prevention programs.
